A mother was sentenced to 30 days in jail just after Oregon prosecutors say she waterboarded her child and set him in the freezer through a 2021 incident as a check to see if the father cared.
Sharday McDonald, 30, pleaded guilty to costs of criminal mistreatment, ID theft, and tampering with a witness right after police confirmed up at her Gresham, Oregon, condominium on Oct. 28, 2021, to accomplish a welfare check out because somebody documented the mother placing her toddler in the freezer.
